The communication from the owner was exceptional, including helpful videos on how to access the property and use the heating system. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the City Centre and plenty of local pubs and shops nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money, and the secure parking was a bonus. Danny, our host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even providing a brand new hairdryer. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with a washing machine, heated towel rail, and clothes horse. We also appreciated the key box for easy check-in and the convenient proximity to Hoole village and its amenities. our experience was superb and we were able to explore both the city and surrounding areas without needing our car.
